Each member will receive a one on one consultation and a Body Composition Analysis. The consultation will be the time to talk with Robyn about your goals and time frame for achieving those goals. Using that information and the Body Composition Analysis test(more information below) a plan of attack will be made!
Each member will have direct contact with Robyn to be able to check in periodically and ask any questions. Every month you will be able to sit down with Robyn to track your progress and make any adjustments that are needed. Robyn will be very hands on throughout the process and methodically tracking your progress to make sure that you can achieve your goals!
Body composition analysis involves a series of tests to measure the ratio of different tissues that our bodies are currently made up of. These tests can be an eye-opening experience because they reveal the following: the ratio of fat to lean muscle tissue, the percentage of water in the body, the metabolic rate (BMR) and BMI. When do the results start to show up? When muscle tissue increases through proper exercise and nutrition, all of these numbers change! This is exciting because it shows clients that their focus on making changes is really worth the effort.
$100----Monthly Program Rate--- Includes 1 - 20 minute session at the gym each month + weekly phone/zoom sessions on off weeks. Meal plan to suit goals.
Robyn Gadbois is a board certified Athletic Trainer who received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine in 2009. Robyn decided to pursue her Master’s in Nutrition after years of watching others battle the many aliments that most often stem from nutritional imperfections. In 2019 Robyn completed the Master’s program through the University of Bridgeport. Robyn wants to provide guidance and knowledge to get each individual to reach their personal goals through nutritional modifications.
