A fast paced fitness class that will focus on strength and conditioning. The class will utilize full body lifts, circuits, and a variety of plyometric exercises in order to challenge your strength, cardio, core strength and speed. From the warm up to the finisher this class will push you to new levels of fitness! All skill levels are welcome!
