Striking incorporates techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Karate. In addition to basic footwork and defense; punches, kicks, elbows and knees will all be covered. The focus of each
class is to master the fundamentals through partner drills, pad work and heavy bag work.
Striking is a great option for self defense and those looking to compete, but also gives a great workout and form of stress relief.
